Of course a DEXA scan is the most accurate (Hydrostatic is about as accurate too), but who has 2 hours and $250 a day to do that?how reliable is that for tracking changes?
absolute number should be way off, depending on the individual, although in your case ~6% BF might be about right.

Bioimpedance can vary the most but I'm consistent and measure (almost) every day (so the bell curve gives me a reasonably accurate assessment). I monitor my hydration and always measure in the evening (about the same time of day). I have been using Bioimpedance scales constantly (daily) for almost 15 years.

But 15 years, that is some dedication.
Do you cycle between cut and bulk?
