iPhone X Weird app preinstalled on iPhone X?

I received a brand new iPhone X from Apple today. This app was installed after setting up the phone as new. I haven't downloaded it, it was already there and it just crashes upon opening. What on earth is it?

iOS 11 does have a built in QA code reader. Could just be a glitch. You could factory reset the phone or take it back.
