Do all Gamestops sell Amazon gift cards? I'm assuming they won't sell Apple gift cards, right?

If your nearest gamestop runs out of amazon GC no worries, you can get their cash card which you can use at any other GS store to buy amazon GC and this is
Exactly what I did!!

Wow! That is great! I have mini 32 att. It looks like I can get $330 credit, then with 30% total of $429??? I just traded my iPad 1st gen at Target last night and they didn't have any iPads, so I bought my first android, Samsung tab. 3. (Got it because I have pre-order 4 Samsung kids tabs and wanted to check it out).

Anyway, I don't see the deal for the nexus 7 tab for $99?

Will wait to get new iPad after new mini comes out to see which I want. How do you get the Amazon gift cards? Are they just in store? I'm a little confused on that.

Thanks!

Amazon Kindle cards (used just like an Amazon gift card ) are sold at Gamestop in the store.

You will know what hollow means when you start typing on ipad air, assuming you previously owned either ipad or iphone

Yep....noticed this immediately. Feels cheaper like tapping on glass vs. plastic or plexiglass.

Lynn, I am sure the $99 nexus 7s are long gone by now. Here is a link if you want to try and find one in your area... http://www.gamestop.com/android/tablets/nexus-7-32gb-from-google0153-2012/105770 When I got mine stores were almost sold out. I am in the same boat as you trying to decide which new iPad I want now. I have to be honest though, after opening my new nexus I am in no hurry to rush out and buy one. The nexus is a pretty darn good little device. I did go to best buy yesterday to check out the iPad air. I hate to say it but I just wasn't impressed. maybe that's because I was expecting a huge weight and ergonomic difference after what I had been reading on here but I just didn't see that huge difference. It is nice but I would tell anyone with a 4 thinking of trading to an air to go check them out before getting rid of their 4. I was really leaning toward wanting a retina mini anyhow so hopefully when they get released it will be what I want.

Thanks! Idk if I will trade mini or not, but it is somewhat tempting. I do have to say this little Samsung tablet is doing great with my grandson, glad I got it to check it out before I pick up the kids version. We had a Comcast man here the other day, he stated how he hates Apple products and Nexus 7 is the best tablet out there.

I'm going to get my adult kids new iPads, so one has never had one, and my other daughter has first ipad. She still wants large one, not sure if I will get refurb 4 or new air. I think she is more into memory than which generation.

:)

Ebay + PayPal Fees

I have been on the fence about upgrading to the ipad air or new mini retina. I have(had) a 64gb wifi ipad 4 and had been watching to see what they sell for on ebay. It didnt look good by the time you figure in fees and shipping so I had decided to keep mine. I then saw a post about gamestops trade in deal going on right now with the 30% bonus if you buy a used game. I took mine there this morning and after buying a $1.99 game I ended up getting $540 and I didnt have to turn in my charger and lightning cable so I will have an extra for my new air or mini retina(cant make up my mind on which). I felt that is pretty darn good deal considering I paid $649 for my 4 during black friday last year.
I made my mind up last night when I saw a post about gamestop selling new 1st gen nexus 7 32gb tablets for $99 and I thought it would be a good way to hold me over until I can decide which new ipad I want. I ended up putting one on hold last night and went there first thing this morning with my ipad 4 and did the deal. I am going to try to go out tomorrow evening and see the air first hand but I remember when I owned my mini before I returned it I kept telling myself if it had a better display I would never go back to the larger ipad.
I am sorry for the rant, really just wanted to let people know who are contemplating upgrading that the gamestop tradein deal seems like its pretty hard to beat if you dont mind using your credit with gift cards. I used all my credit on amazon gift cards since I shop there frequently anyhow. the nexus 7 deal isnt bad either even though its no apple.....

Don´t forget, Ebay charges commission. Think Ebay charge 9% and PayPal 2-3% so over 10% is to be deducted from the amount.
