I've only found a couple of crude ones, which are little better than block diags but they do contain some other info. The board diagram is not labelled so you would have to somehow combine both infos to get a detailed schematic.

Wow, maybe Apple has it locked in a storage site.. It has schematics though as I read through it and the good news is the 1ghz supports LBA-48 as someone on here pointed out.
It does, yes. I stuck OS 9 and Tiger on a 60GB partition because I use Leopard mainly. All three operating systems work flawlessly on it.

I knew it did because the 1ghz titanium came out around the time of the 2nd quicksilver revision which allows LBA-48. Now, I can get a 512GB MSATA M2 and use that for leopard - allocating 128GB for OS 9.2.2 only.
