Is it a bad sign that I haven't received a confirmation email and neither of my orders are processing yet?
Anyone else in the same situation?
Also... I ordered a Rose Gold for the 2nd and it changed it to Space Grey after the checkout!

Same here and it's freaking me out. Not the color change thing though. Just no email.
 
If you didn't get an email check your order history through the Apple Store app. If it's there, you'll be fine.

Could take a few days to move to processing, relax!

Emails will come, but they are processing tens of thousands of orders right now. Be patient.

That's understandable, but what's not understandable, is that people who ordered 15 min later than me, got their email right away, whereas I've gotten nothing at all.

Their servers are getting smashed. As long as you can see your order with order number in your order history page you're good.
 
I haven't received my email yet either. but she is clearly in my recent orders so I'm not too worried yet.
 
Same here no email but it did say when I ordered arrives 25th... order status says "Order status may be delayed" in the app under orders.

Anyone else have the same?
 
Emails are usually immediate. Make sure your credit cards don't have fraud detection triggered.

I'm in the UK and ordered (via the iPhone Apple Store app and paid using Apple Pay) at about 8:15 this morning. I got a confirmation email about fifteen minutes later.

Yeah I used Apple Store app. My orders there.

You can still call Apple on it to to confirm the order is in good standing and there are not credit card issues. Mine was trapped this morning my Capital 1 fraud. I call Cap1, then Att and it all looks good. I also made a store reservation as a backup.
