I finally found circumstances like me.
I ordered it on 12:05 at US apple store app through Mastercard, it says 'Your complete order history cannot be displayed at this time'
I'm so worried, because some people who ordered after 12:30 got confirmation mails.
I don't think apple did this chaotic situation that my and your order cancel due to server delay, I hope this bad situation immediately after apple run time(4:00, chatting service starts).

Mine shows up like yours. No confirmation email. But I see an Apple hold in my credit card account
How did you see your holding status of credit card?

I did get the confirmation email pretty quickly - in about 7 minute after I think. My concern is that I cannot view my order history. Should I be concerned? And when can I change my shipping address? I took a look at my Apple account and my shipping address is my work. It shows coming to my apartment and shows the wrong phone #. This happened last year with the 6+/
I placed two ordered. One for a 6S and another for the 6S+ and got both emails from apple almost instantly. Ordered at about 3:03 EST, both 128GB space grey.
Have to admit it was the smoothest preorder yet, kudos to Apple.

I ordered via the app just gave them a call and they said it all looked good for the 25th. They said if I didn't receive the email to phone back tomorrow.
I don't have my email yet, but the deliveries App is now showing as processing with a delivery of 25/9..
Just checked app order status that also shows, processing rather than we have your order.
It depends on the credit card. I use 2 credit cards to order. The hold appears on one but not the other. Anyway my order shows up gain in my account. But still no email.
Thats crazy! Mine shipped and was delivered after 10 seconds of ordering. You should call apple and inquire about your order seems like something is wrong. Im typing this from my iPhone 7S+.

It says on Apple's website the delivery date is 9/25 so we have nothing to worry about, even if we didn't get an email just give it time
took 30mins to receive my email, but in the mean time you can check your order via your apple account.
Last year i pre ordered when it opened in the middle of the night (USA) And i didnt get confirmation until thenday before launch day and i still got my phone at around 3 pm launch day. Its fine just wait for it
Yes it's processing now. I would recommend opening your orders and selecting "chat" next to your order. I asked them to resend the confirmation email which they did for peace of mind. It show's that it should be delivered on 25th September.
