Exactly. That's her business.

Mind, even loose fitting women's slacks generally don't have deep enough pockets for even an iPhone 6 much less a 6 Plus. Heck, my pantsuits for work have fake front and back pockets. I was a Kickstarter backer for the Pebble watch just so I can leave my phone in my purse and not miss call/SMS notifications.

No...but my wife and kids beat the heck out the her iPhone 5s that I was amazed there weren't any issues when it came time to sell it

The 5/5s where pretty tough when it came to falls over two feet and constantly being sat on.

It really depends on positioning mostly and this luck essentially. A small fall with various landings can crack or shatter the screen and/or cause debts or other damage, while other times bigger falls might might not result in much (if anything) at all.

So what would you do? Think carefully. You don't want to go down with an assault charge.
 
I feel like clothing needs to be designed better to accommodate some of these electronics, but in a fashionable way. Better pockets for example.
