for me, jailbreaking is about taking those moments when you say "I wish it was easier/possible to do X on the iPhone", and making them possible.

Using my iPhone wouldn't be nearly as enjoyable without jailbreak tweaks.

Started for me when a friend wanted to Bluetooth something to me and I had to tell him he couldn't as the iPhone would not let me.

The look of amusement on his face at the lack of such a well used function on dumb down phones. Especially after I'd just been showboating its capabilities.

I've not looked back since jb !!

My 4s is stock besides the custom look what else am I missing by keeping it stock??
Pretty much everything in this subforum. Spend some time and read up on what's possible and see what sounds interesting to you. As one previously stated, it's like asking what you're missing by not going outside. There are lots of possibilities and expecting to be spoon fed everything is a bit much when you can just take a look for yourself and assess what might or might not be worth JB'ing for you.

Haven't noticed any significant difference in my battery life. "Various bugs" are generally associated with poorly written code or shady tweaks. I had "bugs" on occasion when it was stock.
+1. Not JB'ing doesn't guarantee you better battery life or freedom from bugs despite what saud0488 states. Take a look around the MacRumors forums and see for yourself.
