How do I turn "Expert" mode on?

Here are 2 screenies, one in simple mode (they are hidden), one in expert mode.

For me, it's the little box top right to go from Simple to Expert

@scirica - this should satisfy the naysayers !

ok, in this way i see them!!!

at first i was in developer mode where there isn't an expert view, going into hacker mode i could switch to expert mode and see them!!!!

See, I don't have UIKit Tools installed, so these packages don't show up on either mode. But my point is that these packages don't show up in the repository listings, and are not listed as dependencies of either the Cydia upgrade or UIKit Tools. If these are separate packages, they should be listed as dependencies before we install; if they are simply files installed as part of the UIKit Tools package, they should not be listed as installed packages.

Also? Why the hell is UIKit Tools a dependency of Cydia?

ETA: And can those of you who talk about changing user modes (hacker, developer, etc.) explain how you do it?

I emailed Saurik about this this morning. This is the response I just got back:

These are virtual packages used for dependency analysis to specific devices (this is similar to the firmware package), and are not even visible in Cydia.

I sent a reply to let him know that they show up in Cydia in Expert mode, in case that was unintentional and is related to the reason they show up in Pkgbackup. I'll keep people posted.
