What are some great jailbreak apps/themes?

I jailbroke (?) my iPhone yesterday, and I was wondering wether or not there were any cool apps / themes that I should know about. Also are there any good SBSettings themes?

There used to be some really cool themes. I liked Icarus (wood background with transparent top bar and dock) and Oren (chalk drawn theme). However, I don't see them anymore. A good theme is (if you are into it) the Simpsons.

Also, there is a theme called Touch that lets you switch out the dull grey dock of the iPhone for a more Mac OS X like 3D dock.
