My Garmin cost me well over four hundred bucks (back in 2011) and the only things it has over the AW are built-in GPS and ANT+ compatibility. In every other way, the AW is just plain better.

The only smart watch that doesn't have to be charged every day is a Pebble and it's very limited in its functionality compared to the Apple watch.

It's an insane price to consider for a computer on the wrist (COW).

Just five years ago, I was strapping my phone on my wrist.

OK, now my iPhone is on my arm.

Still, it's a computer for $200!!

And yes, I have it on when running (Parcour) and also biking.

My life ( or limbs) has probably been saved many times over.
