Touch ID built into the screen rather that on the back would be nice. Something like the V20's second screen for notifications would be an interesting addition too.
Mine would be basically my iPhone 6S squished into the iPhone 3G body. That was such a good looking phone and I remember wanting one so much at the time!
Can't stand the PWM flicker, thought we were done with that issue years ago when high end display manufacturers moved to flicker-free backlighting.
Some ingenious devs over at XDA discovered that they could mostly disable the PWM on the S7 using a custom kernel, but when they did so they discovered an interesting issue: The PWM flicker exists to disguise the very poor uniformity of the current OLED panels. Uniformity was better at 100% brightness, so instead of using proper dimming Samsung decided to flicker the screen to control brightness. Okay, pet issue rant aside, I'd love a larger version of the 5/5S/SE design. And I'd like the Pencil to work on the phones, even if it's ridiculous-looking.
Hopefully it will get 'edge to edge screen' in the future, as well as stronger battery that holds one week between charges. Till then Apple can improve it every year with the latest specs.
