Just some exemplary Arabic (Egyptian) pop. (If only YouTube had a HiFi upload.) It's great how modern Arabic pop is fresh-sounding, yet still employs entire strings orchestras and uses acoustic percussion. Basically, I'm a fan of music that's intricately composed and took actual instruments to make.
For Arabic music (of certain genres), new and old, it's typical to have a composer, strings-coordinator, singer, lyricist, orchestra, percussion section, and someone on a traditional instrument (ex. a qanun our an oud).
I might add that the Arabs have a way with violins: they play out of sync, purposefully, so that the melody flows in a buttery-smooth fashion. I prefer this style, and it's quite amazing how flamboyant the playing is in this song.

George Gershwin - Rhapsody in Blue
Seems appropriate for a fall/autumn Monday morning.
I like this piece! I'm familiar with the upload, too. Was introduced to this in a music class. This was around the mid-2000s, but I'm fairly certain that my teacher played it on vinyl.
