At my brother's suggestion: Bee Gees - Spirits Having Flown.
He has good taste! That's a good album and a good song! While my favourite album of theirs is "Here At Last...Bee Gees...Live". One of the best live albums ever made. I was fortunate enough to catch them on tour a couple of years after the album came out and was blown away at how good they were live! I really do miss their music.

Well, we were listening to a variety of songs my mother had liked, or that had reminded us of her, and this was one of them.

Currently listening to "Waltzing Mathilda", then, "La Sitiera" by Omara Portuondo, and "Happy New Year" by ABBA (one of the tracks that did not feature on the ABBA CD my mother played - or had played - on a permanent loop).

Followed by Barbara Dixon, "January, February".

Loved them! Especially Holy Grail.

Here’s a couple from my neighborhood. The first one has a shot or two of me hidden inside.

The Last Ride sounds cool, nice fusion of rock n country.

Acca Dacca... can’t go wrong; a staple on my gym playlist!

Well, @Scepticalscribe got me to reminiscing on the Bee Gees so I started listening to them. Then I ran across my favourite song of theirs "Edge Of The Universe". Now, my favourite rendition of this has always been the version I first heard way back when on the "Live..At Last" LP. I never really listened to the studio version of it, till today. I still like the live version, but the studio version could grow on me.

Dire Straits.

Great name for a group (especially in the mood and frame of mind I am in at present).

Great music.

And some seriously great songs.

Tunnel of Love, Sultans of Swing, Love Over Gold, Romeo And Juliet, Private Investigations, Money For Nothing and the amazing and simply awesome Brothers In Arms.
