    Dire Straits.

Great name for a group (especially in the mood and frame of mind I am in at present).

    Great music.

    And some seriously great songs.

Tunnel of Love, Sultans of Swing, Love Over Gold, Romeo And Juliet, Private Investigations, Money For Nothing and the amazing and simply awesome Brothers In Arms.

Another band we both enjoy. Not listened to them in a while. They've just jumped to the top of my playlist.

Back on Kurt Vile again. I appreciate him, to the utmost degree

One of my favourite bands! I count myself as very lucky in that I got to see them live back in the 70's when I was attending school in Japan. Their concert in Osaka was absolutely among the best I've ever seen. Combined much of their early music with "New World Record" and "Out of the Blue". Just a great show and memorable enough that it has stayed with me all these years!

    Fabulous. Flawless; perfection.

For me: Oddly enough, The Beatles: For The Benefit Of Mr Kite. (Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band).

Reminds me of a road trip I took years ago. This was the CD I had just bought.
