I think there was a post a few pages back that asked folks not to, as it slowed down the page loading, if more than one video was posted in a post. Of course that could have been in the previous threads, but I know it has been mentioned before, just can't remember where.

Saturday 7AM wakeup call...

Bio:
JG Thirlwell is a musician from Australia. As well as his own name, he works under many pseudonyms including Foetus, Steroid Maximus, Clint Ruin and Wiseblood.

He was a key figure in the industrial movement of the 80s and 90s, but his music goes beyond clanging hammers and screeching metal. His songs churn on an industrial landscape with playful, sharp lyrics with the aforementioned hammers and metal, but Thirwell's unique talent fuses it all together with splashes of big band and classical music. This odd concoction creates a musical tone unlike anything you've heard before or since his arrival.
FYI: JG created the musical scores for Archer and The Venture Bros.
Even if you don't like his music, it's incredibly interesting. From the lyrics to the artwork to the varied musical choices you'll feel something... just what that is though, is up for debate.

"Holding Back the Years" is one of my favorite tracks of all time 💕 - also the later album "Stars" is fantastic - IMHO - Stars, Thrill Me, and "For My Babies" are 3 great tracks on the "Stars" album
