To my mind, (and in my experience) iTunes is sadly limited if your musical tastes are in any way eclectic.
I have a music collecting, er, problem, so I had a look around for that album for fun. I can't vouch for any of these sellers but anybody who really wants a physical copy can do more due diligence.
My guess for its unavailability on streaming services is that it was released on a small independent label that was not handled by a big distributor.
(note that this website appears to belong to one of the musicians on the recording!)

Since I found these guys, I can't get enough of them. Probably a little heavier than most of the music that floats around here. But these guys are killing it!

Never tried his Tequila but there is a lot of money to be made by some celebs in that business. In 2017 George Clooney sold the brand Casamigos which he founded with Randy Gerber (husband of Cindy Crawford) for a cool $ one billion. There is a nice story about how George then surprised 14 of his old friends who he felt really supported him in his early struggling actor days. I get it... a lot of folks think that... I liked him. Still my favorite are the first few albums by VH with David in the band, but Sammy was good. Never did see them live though. Would have liked to have seen them with either singer in their hay day!
Holy smokes!!! Ryan Reynolds did the same with his Gin, made a few bucks! Sammy's Tequila is down right awful! I didn't even make a margarita with it! LOL!
