Oh yes, wow; I didn't know that and must look into it. Thank you for drawing my attention to it.

Years ago, I actually had the good fortune to own the a copy of the radio series on vinyl, a double album which was brilliant, (yes, a stone age technology that was great in its day and gave many hours of endless pleasure...), and which I loved to listen to (and yes, I have all of the books, too...)...Anyway, I'd love to lay hands on the radio series again, and simply lose myself in the sheer pleasure of listening to it...I have to say that reading the first book for the first time was one of the most enjoyable and hilarious experiences I have ever had when losing myself in a book - I cried with laughter at the sheer inventive hilarious yet subversive, simply stunning brilliance of Adam's vision. Bliss.

Thanks and cheers

It appears they have parts of the TV series on Hulu now. It may have been YouTube where I found the radio series. I'm jealous of you having the vinyl of the radio series. :)

It also appears the Amazon has the Complete BBC Radio Series in multiple formats.

Personally, I love all the little footnotes and descriptions. I especially love the parts about where ball point pens go and how Wowbagger became immortal.

Radio Dacha (Радио Дача) on my iPad with iRusRadio. :):):)
They have a variety of Russian music, some great, some not.
Their jingle goes: "Хорошо День, Радио Дача" (Good day, Radio Dacha)

Yesterday was "Disco Dacha"! :D:D

Such a good album.

I've been on an atmospheric kick lately. Ulrich Schnauss is fantastic, and I only just discovered Gregorian (though I've been Michael Cretu fan for years..) They're really good..

New Peter Gabriel album out with an orchestration of some of his previous hits. A few don't work at all, a few don't add anything to the originals - but a couple (Intruder and San Jacinto) are fabulous.

Peter Gabriel and the New Blood orchestra - San Jacinto live
