Feel like some oldies today.

Oh yes, that's a great album. Years ago, I had it on vinyl, and recently when I was home on leave I bought the CD which is now on my iPod. Great choice, must play it later tonight; when home I also spotted and bought the soundtrack from Goodfellas (also now on my iPod).

Cheers

Is there any way to have this thread merged with the first one? I know there was some good stuff in there and I can't find it...

...then again, I didn't Mroogle it.

So, anyway, I'll join in again.

I'm currently I'm on an Enigma kick - Le Roi Est Mort, Vive Le Roi! and Voyaguer and so wonderfully sad somehow. I generally like Cretu, but his Enigma work is above all. Puts a different slant on New Age music.

I love that piece, great choice; must track it down - I have a cover version on my iPod, which - while good - does not approach the original. Another track which I have found very difficult to acquire (had it in vinyl in Ye Olden Days) is Mason Williams' Classical Gas.

Cheers
