What are your opinions on this Belkin case?

I just picked up one of these from Staples today myself. I really like it but it won't work with my ihome so I'm going to have to return it. Anything similar that is dock-able? I've been using a Magpul Executive Field case but I'm kind of sick of it. I like the smooth matte feel of the Belkin and I like the buttons too. I don't want anything bulkier though so the Incipio NGP isn't an option. I do want protection on all sides too so nothing that is completely open on the top or bottom. Any recommendations?

Since your iHome is designed to dock your iPhone without any cases on, I doubt it matters that your various cases wouldn't fit on it. Your best bet would be to hook it up through a dock connector extension cable / adapter, or more simply a 3.5mm cable.

Ah I hate the otterbox so big and hard to put/take from the pocket.

Sounds like you're referring to the Defender. I'm speaking of the Commuter which is not as big and definitely easy to take in and out of the pocket.

It works just fine with my Magpul and my SGP Neo Hybrid so I'm sure that there are other cases that it will work with it as well. I need to be able to dock it because that's how I charge my phone every night and I like having it upright so that I can read my texts as they come in.
