What are your thoughts on Google Chrome for Mac?

It's in an "early access" alpha. It's not even considered a beta yet, and if you try it out you'll see why.
It's actually gotten a lot better in the last month or so. They have been releasing updates on Fridays for at least the last month. I don't really use it too much other than seeing what has been added/changed since the last update. I find it to be usable myself and don't think I've ever actually had it crash on me. At this point it is more a late alpha release, if not an early beta release.
