Delivery Status Touch - this is great if you tend to get a lotta deliveries. You can add the tracking # on your home/office PC and then check the status on your phone. Well worth the money.

Bonus: iWork apps. Don't use them that much, but when I do they're insanely useful.
 
I am seriously shocked at how many people don't have Perfect Browser.

Perfect Browser - the best browser on the iPhone (no jailbreak). It completely replaces safari and the browsing experience is amazing. Lightening fast. I downloaded this last night and am in complete shot as to why this isn't a staple.
