Spoilers What Book Are You Reading?

Love Herman Hesse. Read a couple of his books for a course I took, but also read The Glass Bead Game on my own.

I finally finished Doctor Faustus. I started it in April. It was a long, difficult read, but worth it. I'm not sure what I'll read next, but I have four bookshelves full in my apartment and more at my parents' house, so I have plenty to choose from. 🙂

I finished ‘Siddhartha’ in a day, it’s not a long book at 155 pages. I enjoyed it a great deal actually, the various ideas behind the main characters journey to a spiritual enlightenment fit together well and form a nice counterpoint to the teachings of the Buddha.

I have ‘Steppenwolf’ lined up next…
