There really isn't anything with storage space you can ride/drive at 14. I'd just suggest a bike and a backpack if you're set on something. A scooter might work, but they are a good bit more expensive.

A back-pack is too top-heavy for a bicycle.

I would suggest a back rack, or saddle bags, to keep the weight of books etc. lower on the frame.

dont know what you can legally drive at the age of 14 in pennsylvania , but i guess the legal age is i believe 16 to drive a moped on the road
like in europe ,with some exceptions
in Finland,Czech Republic, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden its 15 years
in Estonia, Latvia, France, Italy, Portugal and Hungary its 14 years
in Germany you can drive with 15 a restricted moped then called MOFA 25km/h (15.5mph)
but getting some physical exercise in your age can't be wrong with obesity getting a problem for many of your age group

you could always ask your parents to move to europe i suggest Germany if you are able to speak pennsylvanian dutch ,you wont even have much problems with the language , if you move the south western part called Palatinate(Pfalz) then you can drive something motorised legally on your next birthday...you just need to convince your parents :D

Already mentioned :p

And also, it says your join date was February 2010.

You're turning 14 in September 2011. That means that you turned 13 September of 2010.

The minimum age to join MR is 13 ;)

In order to get a paypal (so I could be a Demi-god) I also lied about my age. On Facebook I'm 78.

Buy a Ferrari and drive it, hire the best lawyer money can buy when you get caught. Or buy a Rolls and hire a chauffeur.

Money isn't an issue to a limit. I only have 7 grand now because I bought a MBA, iPad 2 and a iP4. I don't think you can get a rolls w/ 7 grand

I'm terrible w/ new languages.

Just ride your bike to school and quit being so stuck up. You aren't old enough to drive and with the immature attitude you're displaying you probably shouldn't be operating a car (or a scooter or whatever) when you do turn 16.

I'm 15, and I love my regular bike. Cycling more regularly has helped me to get a lot better at it and made me more safe on the road. Who knows, maybe I'll be able to go without a car completely in the future. That would be great.

A motor scooter (Razor) can't be driven on PA streets. A moped requires a class C license. So you can ride a non-motorized bike, roller blades, skateboard...

Why are you in high school in the morning?

And why do you move between highschool to middleschool?

Because I skipped 2 years of math & science but not the rest of my subjects.

Where does a thirteen year old get 7k along with all that high tech gear?

I earned it by first working in my parents business, then buying cables & stuff (from that money) wholesale and reselling on ebay for a profit, and more work in my parents business.

Bar mitzvah??

How did you know I was Jewish?

It really not going to effect the center of mass that much since the backpack will be pretty close to the center of mass and personal I always have found having the extra weight on my back easier to control than having it on the bike.

How has no one said Segway? I'm astonished.

But seriously, you can't drive anything with storage space, so get an e-bike. Look at reviews for the best brand.

I had an electric mini bike a couple of years ago, It got about 22 miles on a charge and went about 25. It was a blast to ride, look into an electric mini bike. I don't know about PA state laws though.
