What Case Are You Getting for Your 3g iPhone?

iPhone newbie asks for help

Hello,

I just bought my first iPhone 3G, I haven't yet received it, but hopefully tomorrow I will have it in my hands. I have been searching for a good balance between protection and looks, and this is my near final decision: I want to get the Invisible Shield front coverage plus the Contour Fusion case

What do you think of this? Has anyone here tried the Contour Fusion case? I live in Southamerica and not too many Mac accessories are available in our retail stores, so I buy most of my stuff online, with no chance to actually getting in touch before buying it.

I understand that the Invisible Shield offers great protection against scratches, but I want to have extra cushion for the accidental drops.

I will appreciate any input. Thanks :)
 
After failures with 2 other cases, Capsule Rebel with a saggy ass, and scratched very easily (returned), iSkin Revo2 never arrived and I basically gave up (got my money back).

I've now got an iFrogz Luxe which I'm very happy with! Great fit, not slippery in the hand, and the red one (one I have) is very nice. Think I've found the case I'll be sticking with.

Here is the case I decided to go with. It's nice to have the option to use the swivel belt clip or just leave it behind and use the skin. It's fits tight and I love it. They offer multiple colors too. (Black is what I have) but the burgundy shows well.

I had plenty of cases for my 1st gen iPhone (none were ideal), decided to go with NO CASE and NO SKIN.
Lovin' it so much better!

Have a Pro-Clip for the car, that's it!
 


just ordered last night, i dont even have the phone yet, i thought id wait on that since the case takes 30 days.
 
get the Griffin Elan easydock black leather case

This case is awesome, it feels good and looks good and the bottom of the case slides off so you can dock it to whatever you want to dock it to (charger, etc). Use the Invisible shield guard because that thing is awesome. Best Buy sells it for $19.99. I got the white color 16gb but I am still using a case so it covers but either way this case is the best fit.
