I never understood this. But I am one of only 15% who goes without a case.

Well, I never would throw her naked into my backpack, for example. For that, a sleeve is very handy: she’s protected in the backpack, but I have the naked feeling during usage.

Of course, the inconvenience is that you have to pull her out of the sleeve every time.

I think I'll be getting the wallet case from Hard Graft, my second case from them! They're expensive but so exceptionally well-made. They're the definition of what cases should be like! The case doesn't hide the beautiful body when using the phone. Plus because they're leather, they're very less likely to fall out of your pockets not like when your phone is bare or is covered by a smooth-surfaced case!

I've been thinking about this wallet for days...so mad at you for posting it :p But I don't want to spend upwards of $180 for a wallet, that's sadly just not my tax bracket. I found this alternative:

It's on the way, pretty excited. I carry a red leather messenger bag that it'll go nicely with too. I may still save up to get the Hard Graft one later. It is pricey but the thing I like about wallet cases where the phone slips in, is that it will also hold my 7 plus when that comes out.

I just received my case-mate naked tough this morning. It looks like it will be perfect for my needs. Along with a screen protector (which is on the way as well) I should be good to go. Come on 25th!

Well let's say you get your money's worth! They hold up extremely well. My previous SG case from them has been through hell literally & it's almost like when I first bought it!

Naked is the only way to go. The phone is too beautiful to be covered. HOWEVER I have bought a PRODUCT(RED) case to match my watch strap. I am not sure if I will ever actually use it however.

I agree with you on this for sure. I have used Zagg invisibileshields and other bumper cases. One of my buddies was a tester for this K11 bumper and he had an extra one so I've been using it for like a month. Pretty legit... I've dropped it a couple times so it has some dings but the phone survived I like that the phone looks like it is naked.

I'm going with this Spigen 'Capsule' case. It's just a clear, flexible TPU cover. I always put a Best Skins Ever wrap on the phone and screen, so the more flexible the case is the better. I had a Neo Hybrid for my 6 and the hard outer bumper kept breaking, I'm thinking because the phone was just a tad larger with the skin on it and the bumper was stretched to the breaking point. This avoids that issue. It also allows you to see the whole phone, and you additionally avoid all the nasty scratches you get with the hard cases. And it's super cheap (and in stock). Oh, and I imagine if you get dirt in the case you can occasionally see it and clean it out before it causes any damage (though that's the point of having the skin). Unfortunately it will probably yellow eventually, though they apparently made it to resist yellowing, at least to some degree. But at that price I can just order another in 6 months if I still like it enough.

Thoughts?

I had a wallet case once (which I used for a few weeks like all the cases I get, then I get bored of them hiding my beautiful phone) and it was constantly out of network tucked away behind so much leather and cards and things and then being stuffed into a pocket or bag adding more layers.

And if you put some cards near a phone it will spoil the card. Hotel room cards only need a few seconds beside a card to be ruined.

I've always avoided them for that reason (hidden away). Pulling it out and placing it in all the time would also be a bit redundant. If the phone is sat next to me all day then it makes little sense. I guess I've been mesmerised by that Hard Graft design.

Didn't think about the card issue.

Wish I had the guts to go naked. Will end up with a Spigen.

I'm going with the leather one . It will look very nice with the Rose Gold : )

Same here, except I'll be getting Space Gray.
I wanted a bumper to just raise it enough off of the surface I lay my phone on. I wasn't too successful finding one that I like for the 6s Plus so I ended up getting an Apple red leather case because it was light weight. I'm still keeping my eyes open for that bumper though.

Guess no one likes bumpers. :(. I need a crystal clear thin case. Everything seems so big and scratches the side finishes.

I agree that the people who like bumpers are in the minority. Guess that's why I'm having a hard time finding one.

I'm quite interested in the K11 bumper. I liked the sharper edges of my iPhone 5 to have a certain grip when going naked with the device, without ever fearing dropping it. However, the 6 design and build with round edges make it a lot harder to grip tightly. I wondered if the K11 bumper helps in this matter. I'd love using a subtle bumper, but I worry the device still being slippery.

(I have no 6 at hand. My last iPhone was 5, but I had friends 6+ in my hand and found them extremely slippery compared to the 5)

The reviewer in that video says the one drawback of the K11 is that it's a little slippery.
