So far yes, as I have not tried the Carbon version yet. Looks like they made subtle but very great updates to the case. The bottom is reinforced as well as the area near the mute switch. The fit is also a lot more snug then the 2014 Neo Hybrid.

The TPU backside is also a different texture.

I might save the Carbon version if I get the 6S.

Also picked up two glass S/P all for less then $10.00 during some crazy 80% off slick deals promo code.

Would love hear your take on the Carbon.

I've stuck with Otterbox's Defender for many years. Decided to switch it up this time. Joined the iPhone forever plan, and got a Commuter case that was on sale for the 6. But, I'm going with a X-Doria case for my 6s+

I found this case on amazon: http://amzn.to/1OJl73J

I'm not really sure about the quality, because of the complete lack of reviews. Anyone have thoughts?

I got this one in the mail today and it's very nice. I hope the phone matches the color of the bumper.
This one is the Spigen Neo Hybrid EX Rose Gold.
me too, got the same case, looks great out of the box ..hopefully it matches the rose gold lol imagine if the colour was so off...would suck.

I have a black Magpul case on my 6+ now. Ordered the OD Green Magpul for my 6S+ just to have something new lol.

Got the Rugged Capsule and Neo Hybrid Carbon in the mail yesterday and I think the Neo Hybrid is going to go back. Sides feel too slick with the 6+ in it and if my hands are completely dry then I can see myself dropping my phone pretty easily if I am trying to use the phone one handed. The Rugged Capsule has a better feel in hand for sure since the matte black TPU is on the sides as well as the back. I think for $10 on Amazon the Rugged Capsule is the better of the 2 and I will probably pick up a Candyshell Grip in place of the Neo Hybrid.

What are the rules regarding posting links to websites selling cases? I posted on Apple IPhone forum a link to a website, not mine, and they banned me from their forum for 2 days for posting the link to where I bought my case. I wasn't trying to sell anyone anything. That's what they claimed.

Anyhow, I'd like to post the links to the cases that I bought for myself but am reluctant.

Im torn on what to get...Im VERY accident prone but love the look of the phone and don't want it covered with a case, but need a case that will protect it greatly lol

I have actually looked into this for a while, Im just hesitant cause I would still have to buy a case until november (I am a college kid so tight budget paying for everything myself lol)

I see. Well you could buy something ugly but cheap for some bucks as a temporary solution. You can probably stand it being ugly for some time, if it's just for a month until the bumper arrives.

I'm curious on what the Black bumper would look like on a rose gold phone. I really might buy a k11 bumper.

A black Otterbox Commuter for 6S b/c I like the rubber covers for the lightning and headphone ports. Keeps the gunk out of them.

For those who like & use apple's official cases, do you find that they provide decent protection?

I'm thinking about the leather apple case. I know it won't provide the same about of protection as something like an otterbox, but is it comparable to cases like spigen?

Do you find the bottom not being covered causing any issues?

Thanks.

A no-brainer here! Last year I bought the black leather Apple case along with (eventually) a couple of others (different manufacturers's products).....Somewhere along the line I also wound up buying the lime green silicon Apple case and loving it. My iPhone 6 Plus has been sporting it for quite some time now. This year I saw the announcement that there was an orange Apple silicon case...... ORANGE. ORANGE!!!! Yesterday I went over to the Apple store and bought one in anticipation of my new iPhone 6S Plus being able to wear it, but in the meantime I allowed as how my current 6 Plus could enjoy it for a couple of days, which she has been doing..... LOL!

I had this case for my 6plus. It turned yellow in 2 weeks! Returned it. Replacement did the same thing. Ringke Fusion is far better with no yellowing in almost a year of use.

Hmm. My experience definitely varied from yours. I bought the original version of the Spigen Ultra Hybrid Air Cushion Crystal Clear case back in September 2014 and have used it off and on along with a Spigen Neo Hybrid Gunmetal case. I used the Neo Hybrid more overall, but I would guess I used the Ultra Hybrid clear case for around 3 or 4 months of the time. I have never noticed any yellowing anywhere on it and just took a close look to make sure and still don't. The only complaint I have with it is the integrated slightly thinner "button" areas instead of having real buttons like the Neo Hybrid has. They always gave a rather mushy feel when trying to use the power and volume buttons. Other than that I thought it was a great case.

I ordered the Speck Candyshell clear. Since I wasn't sure when it would arrive, I also ordered a Speck Candyshell grip on Amazon yesterday that's arriving tomorrow. I got a ship notice for both and the clear Speck case is arriving Saturday so I probably shouldn't have even ordered the grip. Oh well.
