What color iPhone 11 are you getting? Normally, I go for boring and get the silver or white. I have the white XR now. I'm really really tempted by the purple or green though. My favorite color is aqua/mint color and in some pictures, the green kind of leans that way. I think I need to see some IRL videos/pictures before deciding.

I rather fancy the green too. But since I always slap a case on it, it doesn't much matter.

That's very true. And pretty much why I've stuck with the silver/white route. Maybe I'll mix it up this year!
So tempted by the purple. Was almost lured into buying a Pixel 3a over the summer, because there was a similar colour. Sold my XS, and am using an S10 at the moment, which I do like but my Watch S4 is gathering dust.
Still very happy with my Red Xr but I really do like the green. While I don't have plans to change, I HAVE been returning to the Apple website every little while and pricing out the green, lol. Really not crazy about the camera lens cluster, but then again I felt the same about the bump when the 6 came out and look what happened then. Bought one, lol. Such a dilemma...
I’m really disappointed in these colors. My favorite is probably the coral XR. Want to upgrade my 8, but seems silly to get the XR just for the color when the 11 offers so much more. Also, I can’t believe Apple isn’t offering a blue finish on any of their phones this year, such a bummer. I’d love a nice deep blue more than anything.
Anyway, long story short, I’ll probably just get white and then pick a case in a color I like.

I’m going for purple! I’m so excited to finally get my favorite color on an iPhone!
I'm skipping this year as I am happy with the XR and feel no need to upgrade so soon. I am upset at Apple tho for getting rid of Blue as it my favorite color. 
However if I were to ever purchase an iPhone 11 I would go with Green as it is my 2nd favorite color and it looks nice (better than the Pro's Midnight Green).

What did Phil mean by "a new gold"? What is different about gold this time?
I might be in a small group. But I kind of want the yellow. I will be upgrading from my iPhone X. I honestly wouldn't even upgrade. But my phone wont stay connected to my wifi, its had issues since day one that I just dealt with but now tired of dealing with it. My daughters XR never has issues, so hoping a yellow 11 will keep me connected.
They're bringing back the Aubergine cases and watch straps as well.
