The updates in the 11 are well worth the 100 in my opinion.

yeah. And I'm coming from an X - changing mainly for better battery (and I don't need the 'pro' features) but I'd rather get the latest model (but may upgrade next year anyway..)

I am in the iUP program and using it for the first time to upgrade from my XS to the 11. It was the Red or Green for me and that Green is really sweet so went for that.

I am torn between green and white. Until I saw better pics, I was torn between green and purple, but the purple aluminum looks more like a silvery blue/periwinkle and the glass looks sooo pastel. I’m not 100% sold on green either because all the pics look different. Ideally for me it would be an aqua or teal, but it’s hard to tell without seeing IRL. So I guess at this point my dilemma is get green and if I don’t like it, slap a case on it, or get white and then I can switch up cases in my favorite colors.

I'm in the same boat with you. I really would prefer the green to be more on the mint/aqua side for me. In some of the YouTube videos, it definitely looks like that. The side color is more "emerald" to me than the back color. It's more minty color. It's so hard to pre-order without seeing it IRL first. I'll probably still take the chance on it though.

I ended up deciding on the green. After I watched a few hands-on videos from the event, it seems like it has more of a teal/blue color than mint. In my opinion, it looks a lot like sea glass, which is one of the reasons I'm getting it.

White - as I did with my XR (witch I sell to my sister as planned the day I purchased it).
First: I love the white look a lot
Second: It's the one most "immune" to little scrates and chips at the frame, since the aluminum is not color-coated
I really like the white one too. I'm coming from the white XR so I might mix it up a bit this year. I did notice that the sides of the 11 are color-coated, even for the white. Last year, they weren't but it looks like they are this year. Weird.

Yeah, you may be right about the color-coating.. I saw that too. Looks different somehow.
However, I'll order my white 11 with 128GB tomorrow
