iPod touch What customization apps through Installer.app work?

I know that there are some customization apps that you can get through installer.app that let you customize the interface of your iPhone, does anyone know which of these work on the iTouch.

I don't want to install anything that will force me to restore.

I was under the impression that there currently is no available app to install, but customizations can be made via a .plist file edit.
