I originally thought about eventually getting an Anker battery pack, but this here has some benefits.

Now that looks awesome. Just backed it. None of the other projects like these on Kickstarter have really grabbed my interest. I don't need a bunch of extra ports for connecting to external monitor and such. This one looks really simple.

I agree - nice design too but the price is pretty high compared to others like the hub+. PLus I's want gold but dont see why that would be another $50!'
