Don't usually ask for anything and I haven't really yet this year, either. But I already got my gift from my mom. This lovely TNF 600-fill jacket in black. And yes, that is a girl's size (like, youth, aka children's).

:edit: I just remembered, it snowed in this area last winter... so yeah, parts of CA do get cold!

snow does not equal cold. trust me. snow equals chilly.
I remember being in Egypt and it was like 65-70 degrees and the Egyptians were in jackets like that, shivering.

I'm sure I saw some at Tesco the other day, but is was removed because local shopkeepers complained about a lack of trade. Or something.
Less SUVs in the world would make me oh so happy, as a bicyclist those things are both dangerous and annoying, esp. since in general the drivers seem to think they have sole dominion over the road. The ONLY times I have ever come close to having an accident an SUV was involved....
