What do you do with your old iPhones (except for giving them, selling them, etc)

Battery replacements can be done for around $10. Not a big deal.

Yeah, those are cheap now. I still say just put it in the box and wait.

I sacrifice the iPhone to the old and the new gods of the realm for the 7 kingdoms.

The iPhone, even though older then the new iPhone, still has the hardware of the iPhone's name.

There must be fried hardware of an iPhone to replace the new lord, the new king of the protectors of the seven realms!

We use my old 3GS primarily as an alarm clock for my 5 year old son. He gets to play games on it once in a great while but he doesn't know the code so it's only when we let him.

All of the other phones I've sold. Not sure why I didn't sell that one.

I use mine as an iPod in my car by connecting it to the radio through the USB port. Works like a charm. Control it by using the radio controls.

I use them as iPod touches...it's nice to just keep them and use them for gaming or web surfing instead of using my current iPhones battery up...

I got scammed selling on Ebay. Not as described he said to Paypal, when it was 100% mint and in full working order. He posted me an envelope by tracked delivery, and that was good enough for Paypal to refund him in full. Of course he got to keep the item that way too.

My thoughts too, except for my original iPhone, which I keep (boxed) for nostalgic value.

I still gave my original iPhone and it's in perfect working order. I've been thinking if selling it.

I just keep it, and use it as a backup, or as an ipod. It's always nice to have backup.
