I expect no difference from the current iPhone 6 & 6 Plus as far as design and screen side. I do however expect the screen resolution of the 6S to bump up to 1920x1080p while the 6S Plus to have a 2560x1440. I expect both models to have 2GB of RAM with a Quad-Core CPU. Camera resolution to be 12MP with 2MP front. Battery life of the 6S Plus should be increased to 3,200mAh - 3,500mAh.
And the thickness goes all the way to what we have seen in iPhone 5s. ;)

I expect no difference from the current iPhone 6 & 6 Plus as far as design and screen side. Well what else do you expect? I do however expect the screen resolution of the 6S to bump up to 1920x1080p while the 6S Plus to have a 2560x1440 Yeah, no advantages there. I expect both models to have 2GB of RAM Fair enough with a Quad-Core CPU Not so fair enough. Looks good on a spec sheet, but there is no real use for it on a phone. Camera resolution to be 12MP with 2MP front As long as they have reasonable size pixels and/or wider aperture I'm fine with that. Battery life of the 6S Plus should be increased to 3,200mAh - 3,500mAh Battery life isn't measured in mAh.

Most of these things are pretty much just trying to boost a spec sheet. Think more real world advantages.

I hope the thickness could go back to what iPhone 5s was, and bring bigger battery, better spec, and better camera system, including limited optical zoom.
The thickness would eventually hit a limit, and when it arrives, no one can even move one step further in less than a year, unless basic technology has shocking improvements. Monitor cannot achieve zero bezel due to similar reason.
For spec, this is definitely faster CPU, faster RAM, faster GPU, is most welcome.

If we talking about iPhone 6s - nothing.

If we talking about iPhone 7 - bigger battery that holding few days and 4" screen size option with the same specs.

5.3 for some is better to hold, and use than the iPhone 6 plus at 5.5

iPhone 7 could be 5.3 instead of the iPhone 6 size of 4.7
I don't think they'll have the 7 be 5.3". They might jump to 5" or even stay the same for a whole generation longer. They did it with the 5/5S when people thought they would go to 4.3"

As with iPad Air 2, they get rid of the Mute switch.

No no NO no no NOOOOOO!!!!

I use the mute switch all the time, especially when taking pictures of people in the street and don't want them to turn around at the sound of the shutter.

Other times when I'm sat in public say having coffee and text tones go off whilst I'm using my iPhone.

If apple remove the mute switch on iPhone it'll just prove how out of touch they are with using it in real world situations.

I don't get it something, the iphone 6plus have a resolution of full hd.

But some people are saying that the phone is downscaling from a resolution back to full hd.

So if you saying that iPhone 6s+ have a resolution like " 2560x1440 " it will downscaling back to full hd.

iOS is rendered at 750x1334 on the iPhone 6 with a matching screen resolution of 750x1334 so that will stay the same with the iPhone 6s. It would be a mess if they changed that now.

iOS is rendered at 1242x2208 on the iPhone 6 Plus with a screen resolution of 1080x1920 do it is downscaled. This tells me Apple was originally planning on using a 1242x2208 panel on the iPhone 6 Plus but couldn't due to battery life or supply constraints. If those issues are fixed there is nothing stopping them from including a 1242x2208 panel in the iPhone 6s Plus and since iOS is already rendered at that resolution on that device it should be a painless transition.
