What do YOU expect from iOS 10.3 ?

I expect it to work, to do what I want it to do, and to not get in my way.
Features are just additional fluff that needs to work (or not, if I choose not to use those features, whatever they may be.)

Not or less the type of things people already posted about at https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/ios-10-2-or-10-3-possible-new-features.2011211/ I'd imagine.
Fixes for arcane bugs ("Orientation lock now works on devices in Southern Hemisphere") but no changes of any major part in iOS 10 which users actually think need addressed.
Better notification UI in the lock screen, the way this worked in iOS 9 was much better than how it's handled now.
Reverse whatever they did that means my 6 Plus now works like crap.
I think that new features will come in 10.3. Theirs been so many updates for iOS 10 (or maybe it feels that way cuz I'm on the beta) but it hasn't added anything exciting. I think something is coming. Nothing big. But something that makes like your life better like night shift did..

I think so. I expect 10.2.1 or two in between, perhaps with calendar spam reporting thrown in, but no major new feature until new iPad that would coincide with 10.3 release.
I am not expecting anything entirely new. I am mostly hoping for refinements and catch ups for the iPad:
- Drag and drop between apps
- 3D Touch with Apple Pencil (perhaps new Pencil with haptic feedback)
- Support for wider range of USB devices, such as storage, via Lightning to USB adapter (perhaps with new Lightning to USB-C Camera Adapter)
- Better international keyboard layout
You sound like one of those people who aren't happy with what those "meddling kids" nowadays are doing with their "doodads."

But seriously, you've completely missed the point of a smartphone if you think features are fluff.

On a serious note, maybe a landscape mode for the music app on the iPhone. Handoff for music app. TV app for more countries like the UK.
