Don't worry about silly stuff like this from now on.

Apple's battery technology on all the mobile devices (including MBA) doesn't require you to even think about how and when you charge things. It Just Works (due to intelligent battery controllers and chemistry etc)

The key is to not overmix the batter, just get it nice and combined. Don't try to whisk all the lumps out. That way you keep the air bubbles trapped which makes for a light, fluffy pancake.
