The problem is having everything in sync, especially if you use messaging platforms like whatsapp/Line, which can only be installed on one phone. There's a way around this, which is backing up the phone into iTunes, and restoring the backup into another phone. But then having to do this every single time is just annoying.
If you really must have different looking phones, buying different cases is easier.
Look at your apps and see which one that store things locally. Those will be the problematic ones. How can I do it? Is cloud possible? I don't use line or whatsapp.
Maybe like a cloud backup or something?
There's got to be an easy way.

Then there's recent call list, SMS, etc.
And no, there's no easier way other than not to use those kind of services.
What I'm saying is, could I use the iCloud backup feature that comes with the phone?
Wouldn't that automatically put everything?
I know I'd have to buy more storage. 5gb would be too small.
how long do u want to spend restoring a backup to switch your phone on a whim? don't you have, like, a job or something?
Actually, is it really a surprise? Just prowl around Youtube and you see people showing videos of themselves having multiple phones/iPhones with them. I don't find it uncommon to see people carrying two or even three phones nowadays. Considering some people may even have multiple family lines eligible for upgrades, etc, I don't think it's too farfetched for someone being able to afford more than one iPhone at a time.Lol, the stuff I've seen on Macrumour forums in these last few years, I'm not even surprised that these people exist XD
Lol I think you misread what the OP said and what I said aswell.Actually, is it really a surprise? This is one of the dumbest threads of all time.
I realize I went out on a limb with that pronouncement (about this thread), but I feel pretty confident about it. It really is profoundly dumb. That's really saying something here.
Okay, you have tons of money. Congratulations. Why not just go ahead and buy one of each color (don't forget rose gold) in both the 6S and 6S Plus? Do the same with the new MacBooks, iPads (all sizes), and Apple Watches. Even iPods if you want. Hell, just go to the Apple Store and say, "I've arrived. Give me one of everything."
That wouldn't be very smart. There are a lot better things you could spend all that money on.
I still haven't decided whether or not to do it.
I need feedback on how I could transfer the data.
I am assuming I can use the iCloud backup. I have never used it before. My guess Is I would need more than 5gb.
Does anyone know about the iCloud backup? Is it fast? Any problems I'm not thinking of?

I lost my job, and rent is getting tough to cover. Hate to ask but any chance some of that spare money coming my way?I currently have the space grey iPhone 6s Samsung version. I absolutely love it. These are the best iPhones ever made.
As much as I love the space grey color, I also love gold and the silver. Both very elegant.
I was thinking of buying them and using a different color every few days, or every week.
For example, Monday through Thursday I could rock the space grey. Then on Friday and Saturday if I'm partying I could rock the gold. I could then mellow out with the silver on Sunday.
What are your thoughts? I'd really like all three colors.
OP is egging you guys on and enjoying the responses. Lets just end it right now
