Greater stability on the 4S (and any other iDevices that are having frequent crashes)
Beta 1 was astounding, 2 a significant step back for my setup at least.
3 should be out next week and will hopefully deliver an improvement.

This is what I am hoping for. My 4s was solid on Beta1 but Beta2 has introduced a lot of issues regarding crashing, hangups, freezing and restarting.
That's why they improved some of the fixes from Beta 1 in Beta 2? KNOB. You can't expect all fixes to be done after 1 beta. That's why you have multiple betas!
It would be nice if Beta 3 had:
fine tuning of animations sorted
sensitivity of screen when in your pocket fixed
New Podcasts & iBooks icons to go with iOS 7
Dots under days in calendar which has appts booked in
Fix for the phone switching itself off now & then
Improved Battery
Beta 3 will bring more youtube videos with people showing you how you can "Install iOS 7 Beta 3 for free!"
More Youtube videos with people showing the new features of iOS 7 Beta 3.
More Youtube videos with people showing the various bugs they found in iOS 7 Beta 3.
More posts in this forum about the bugs people have found and bitching about it even though it is a dev beta.

I hope the random phone restarts are gone. I play my music through an app and not the default music app, also have issue with keyboard in Whatsapp. I get that some apps may experience compatibility issues during beta use but when I have to close open apps in multitasking my iPhone 5 often restarts! 
new iBooks icon?
iBook isn't part of iOS 7.... The day iOS 7 releases I am sure all there iOS 7 downloadable apps will get updates as well. Right now they are focused on making sure iOS 7 is as flawless as it can be. Last thing Apple needs is more beta quality software on release (i.e. Siri and Maps).

More stability. Beta 2 is worse than beta 1 for me.
Beta 2 normally is the worst of the betas. At least for me. I normally stay away but iOS 7 Beta 1 was really bad, IMO.

Well probably just bug fixes, a better battery life all that stuff that was listed. Hopefully, they choose sophisticated icons and remove all the white. Realistically, I hope the doc just looks more nicer in general.
