Less white and more black....
Less pastels and more adult colors....
Music app overhaul (layout, colors, design matching iOS6)
Transitions like iOS6 (opening and closing apps)

Most of all....get it right when it's released not 3 months later the average customers don't want to be the testers, polished on day 1 or don't release...

More adult colors? iOS 6 looks like it was made by Fisher Price.

What is an adult color I think colors for kids and adults are the same. There colors!!! And I love the colors of iOS 7!

A document repository, Widgets, revamped calendar, an actual useful alternative to Google Now rather than the half baked "Today" ability to utilize services so that things like dropbox can work real time.

-Make the colours flow better. Sometimes they are unpleasant, sometimes they are not. Shouldn't be too hard to fix this
-Ability to continue watching videos in part of the screen as you reply/create text messages & emails
-hopefully it gets the fluidity back that iOS 6 had

I just want the ability to attach files other than photos and videos. How hard could it possibly be? Put that in and I literally have no complaints about iOS at all.

Improved Notification Centre. Merge the Today and All windows and allow a widgets section with the weekly weather forcast and stock ticker, just like in iOS 6. Also the option for currency updates, a 7 day calendar so we can see the imediate future, and while they are it, the old tap to tweet and FB post buttons (I don't care about the last one but it seems to be a sorely missed feature).

Also, screw iOS 7's hour by hour Calendar list, just tell me what I've got on!

Apple also needs to make Passbook more accessible to retailers. I feel there's so much potential with this app, but Apple seems to be neglecting it.

Apart from that I just want the new iOS look to be easier on the eyes (too much white), and some more elegant icons (iOS 6 without the gloss).

iOS 7 gave me a lot that I wanted, but I would like to see quick reply and some type of live interaction on the home screen in iOS 8.

Better keyboard. File repository like the photos app so that I can attach documents to email. That's it.

The one thing I wish they would bring back from iOS6 is the ability to decline a call from the lock screen. It was added as a new feature in iOS 6 but then dropped off. An iCloud file manager where you can view all of your Pages, Numbers and Keynote files together would also be nice. It's aggravating having a project that has two different formats of files but no way to view them together.

A quick reply would also be nice, but I'm almost sure that we'll see that in iOS 8.

It will be some kind of widgets as the main feature because of the bigger screen of the iPhone 6.

Something, y'know, innovative.

I watched the iPhone 4 keynote again, and that was wow. Everything since then has been just Meh.
