What do you want in iOS 8? [Merged]

Darken the theme slightly or at least make it an option. And not completely crippling older hardware would also be nice. My girlfriend went from loving her iPhone 4 to hating it. Opening and closing apps is a pain, unlocking it is a chore and everything stutters. I'd rather Apple had not released it iOS 7 on the 4. Even the 4S is miles better.
Purge or SwipeSpring works... if you jailbroken you iDevice....

Two very simple things... Honestly they could even come in a 7.x update...
1. Up Next in Music App - just like it's implemented in the Remote app

I still can't understand why these aren't in iOS yet...
Lastly one big wish would be having an Apple version of Google Now; hopefully based on the Cue app, which was bought by Apple.

I myself don't need any of the jailbreak animation stuff. If it is there I had better have a switch to turn it off.
For me stability. Number one. The rest, well if you have ever hit the link in my sgi I concur with basically all of it.

I would say that is the one inspired by jailbreaks thing I would be okay with it. Allow for downloading themes. That way folks at just really have to have their skeuro can get it back and stop whining.
Another thing I would like to see is iOS 8 on the Apple TV to look and work the same way. Including being able to add and delete your choice of apps. Yeah a store. Doesn't have to be a full store, they can still pick and choose those TV apps. But let us decide what uses up our limited space. Let us bundle them in folders etc. Let us have a Remote app that essentially 'mirrors' the screen to a device so we can move things, two things, type etc

F.lux like setting and quick reply for email and messages like what mavericks has, but other than that I'm very happy with iOS 7, it looks and functions amazingly!
Gride if icon is stilly eh easiest way when interact with the tablet. However, Aplle need to use the iPad screen more efficiently. I love Windows 8's snip feature and also like how you can customize Android lock screen. I wish Apple could make lock screen more useful.
An option for separate volume control for apps, have a basic default setting that all apps get by default but allow customization for individual apps if you choose to do so.
A good example, at least for me, is the only way I can hear incoming Skype calls is to have the game volume up in Words With Friends or the volume up for when I watch a video. If those volume are low, which is what I prefer, for some reason so is the incoming calls for Skype, if they are high, then I can hear incoming Skype calls. So an option to control sounds for individual apps would be nice, at least I think so.

Most apps that have something worth sharing have a share button with a mail option.
* Get rid of "mark all unread" in mail.app.
* push gmail (I'm dreaming, but can't I?)
* Custom notification sounds/vibration patterns for all of my apps that have notifications
* A proper weather dropdown widget
* Fix the browser. it crashes way too much
* The ability to mount NAS shares (time capsules!)
* Some kinda developer tools where you can download a dev package that includes a file manager. bwahhahhaa

Thankfully they did release it as my iPhone 4 works fine, feature lacking but working fine. Much better than iOS 6
A centralised way of sharing files between apps (doesn't have to be a fully fledged filesystem).
You can view the document data for those apps under Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage>Pages/Numbers/Keynote
It gives you a list of documents stored in iCloud for that app.
