Isn’t this a feature of Health app on iPhone? How can you track female period by watch?

Ok then. What I mean is to have a health solution that feels more integrated than the current one.

I get it that the iPhone health app is an app platform.

However, what I’d like to see is a more integrated health solution for those that own the Watch, both on the watch and the iPhone app (ie so you don’t have go to the phone app to see all of your stats.

And yes, female ovulation tracking would be part of this.

One final one - I’d like to see the health app go over to the iPad too. And - gasp! - maybe just maybe even the Mac.

I'd like more options to display the apps; the cluster of little circles is pretty chaotic. Also would like a more comprehensive iPhone app to configure the watch in greater detail, as well as an iPad app to do the same, and perhaps a MacOS version.
Why, then, don't you display them horizontally by name?

I'd like a way to lock a watch face in place. There are times when the watch face changes because I've swiped it by accident. Maybe include a toggle on the hard press function when you're customizing complications.

I Too many times have inadvertently swiped where the watch face will change. Although not common, something easily I think they could probably alter. If did make a change like this, it’s something that likely the user would notice versus Apple actually mentioning. They always like to put little hidden features that they don’t mention during keynotes.

Always on display and a more feature-rich running app - cadence, more data screens, more configurable display (though that could come from Nike or other, not just Apple).

It's difficult to separate watchOS from new hardware, I currently have the S2, and I will only seriously consider upgrading to the S4 if it can cover the following requirements:
  • Podcast support, with nightly sync of episodes (Either through native app, preferable an API to enable 3rd party clients)
  • No red dot on the cellular version - it looks awful
  • Cellular version available in the UK on more networks other than EE
  • Band compatibility
Some nice to haves would:
  • More capable Siri, e.g. ability to take notes
  • Compass to make walking directions usable
  • A complication on the Solar watch face! (There *is* space!)
  • Improved workouts app: pace coaching, notifying you when you get a PB
  • Improved heart rate sensor, one that can deal with a bit of sweat!

Some way of checking GPS strengrh. I’ve had two S2s and neither have been reliable enough for me to stop running without my phone, I had an old nike sport watch which would tel you when GPS was connected.

Anything which will make it more useful than a fashion accessory will be fine...

Clearly the Apple Watch is past the point of being a fashion accessory. It started off that way initially, but has grown exponentially into more of a health device, especially since the Series 2.

Although I commend Apple to be able to customize the watch as much as they want with bands and the ease of the doing so with the band port.

I'd like notification when Watch loses connect with iPhone. For example, when forgot phone in the car.
And of course your previously wishes.

I'd love to see an advanced workout app. As others said especially for running! They could easily add features such as set pace limits between x and y or heartrate limits. Please Apple please DO it. This is more important than an always on display or adding more workouts like bowling, golfing or fishing (no offense to people who like those sports).

Bowling is a workout? Do they have Darts too?

You can use the List view instead.

Yeah, like it is the same...
It would be interesting for the ladies and it makes a lot of sense, don’t be a jerk.

I was responding in kind, so I’ll do the same for you.

There are dozens of really great apps that already do this, my wife tried out a few of them. Most of them are free, so it’s not that interesting after all. And it doesn’t make a lot of sense to build it into an OS.

Sure there are, but you can say that about pretty much everything.

For every built in app there are dozens of 3rd party option.

Besides when you copy the “nuff said” it didn’t make your post sound very “in kind”, but that is not my problem.

I would be curious if you would still have an issue with it once you own one. I don’t even notice it.

I have never had a problem with the heart sensor not registering because of sweat unless my watch isn’t tight enough. Have you tried tightening the strap?

It doesn’t make sense when Apple has the health app to tie these metrics together? What?

It makes a TON of sense.
