What have you bought for your mac, and why?

SketchMee. Turns photos into 'hand sketched' pictures. Not expensive, intriguing with good reviews. It has a simple UI, not many options, but the options it does have are powerful, well thought out and produce interesting results. You find yourself thinking - "wow - that's neat" a lot.

Thanks colinwil for that! I bought SketchMee and am very impressed with it for making "art" out of my photos.

I bought iMovie '11 for the sound editing/slow motion upgrades from my '08 version. Great price for this!

Caffeine at its great price, though I'll only use it now and then.

And QuickCursor (forgot its price but worth it) to let me easily use my favorite text editor (MacVim) to edit the text in Mail.app and other text areas (like this one)! I'm really going to like this!
