To those who replied to my earlier posts, thanks. Glad that some people out there found my adventures with making vinyl/cassette rips interesting. I've been looking into the alternatives you all suggested, though for now I am sticking with my current setup.
As for my other Intel Macs, I decided to put OCLP on my 2012 MBP 9,2 again. I know I swore off OCLP, but I couldn't help but feel like I was holding my Mac back by keeping it on Mojave when I know it is capable of newer. I like Mojave, it has its benefits, but I just didn't want to stay on it anymore. I currently have Sonoma 14.8.1 running with the most recent OCLP. It runs well, even better than the last time Sonoma was on it. Then again, I've been optimistic before about Sonoma and been let down...still, so far, so good. I carved out a 100 GB partition to try Sequioa on, but I haven't gotten around to putting Sequioa on there yet. Maybe when the next OCLP comes out. The main purpose of my 2012 MBP is managing my iTunes library + iPod, but it still is very capable of daily driving. My ThinkPad T480S became my daily driver after I fell out of love with OCLP and my recently added Dell Optiplex build is my gaming PC, but I really do prefer macOS, even though I think the UI was never as good as it was during Snow Leopard and moving the energy saver settings to the lock screen section of Settings in recent macOS versions is baffling. I definitely plan on using my 2012 MBP over my ThinkPad when possible.
Before making this post I didn't have any plans for my 2009 Minis, but after seeing the Mavericks Forever thread, I'm thinking about putting Mavericks back on my Early 2009 Mini.
