I think the conventional thinking in this scenario is that Sprint would get the 4s, while all other carriers get the 5 and 4 as a cheaper option.

No way Sprint makes that deal, although it's an interesting idea.

But that said if there IS an iPhone 5 redesign it's not going to be Sprint exclusive. Apple would get reemed too much for that by AT&T and Verizon customers.
