What iPhone 12 accessories are you ordering this week.

I’m getting the MagSafe cable from Apple.
Ordered a couple of clear 12 Pro Max cases from Amazon, but considering going naked initially.
 
Getting a Max so I’ll be waiting a bit, but

- definitely a leather case. Waiting to see what colours they release
- maybe the wallet. Undecided
- likely a 20w adapter. Coming from an X so not sitting on many spare USB-C adapters. Few I own have been on an as need basis
- when it’s released at a later date, the dual MagSafe + Apple Watch charger

also I use ProClip/Brodit car mounts. Waiting to see if they release a MagSafe edition for the car.
 
MagSafe Charger on Friday. I'll order the silicon case for the 12 Pro Max when released. Ordered the 20w adapter yesterday to use at home, have an Aukey 20w USB-C for my bag.

Like every year I'm going to get a clear totallee case and one of their screen protectors. Both look almost invisible so I get to enjoy my iPhone without covering it up. I might also get a MegSafe charger but don't think that's as essential to have from day 1. First step for me is always a case and screen protector.

Following. I'm inclined to do the same. Have virtually always used a case, but with the supposed 4X improvement in glass endurance and the new colors (and AppleCare), I'm strongly inclined also to go "au naturel" and finally take advantage of the iPhone's slim form factor. That said, if anyone finds a standalone belt clip (no case, just the clip) for the 12 Pro, please advise.

I’m thinking back to the heyday of the squared design and how much I liked the “bumper” style cases that protected the edges and raised the front/back off tables. I think I’ll be waiting to see some of those come out again before deciding! I like the MagSafe wallet, though, due to its clean attachment - something other wallet or folio styles have never physically been able to do well.

How well does the Apples clear case hold its color by the way? I have seen with other manufacturers clear cases that they often turn yellowish quite quickly.

I have always been happy with the silicone case but would welcome tips on some slightly slimmer, good quality protective cases if available.

My wife has an Apple-branded clear case on her launch day XR and it is still crustal clear. HTH

Was traveling during keynote and not finding any details. But that white foldable phone/watch charger is A) Apple-branded, B) do we know availability and C) cost?

Going with the big boy 6.7" selling my XS max for decent coin, the pro max will end up costing me less than a iPhone 12 128gig model once I sell my XS max.

Was tempted to buy the iPhone 12 this year, got just about everything the pros have, even has the same oled screen, but knowing me i'll end up regretting not buying the pro max.

Miss them also, hope they bring them back one day.

YES!! I had a small number of them in different accent colors, materials (some clear acrylic, some more silicone, some hybrid, I think I even had a metal one at one point), and they were great!

It looks like Chinese makers are already planning to add them in, but I haven't seen any products actually available yet (also haven't looked too hard).

Only concern I have with 3rd party bumpers, will they scratch the stainless steel frame, stop being stubborn apple and give us our damn bumper cases back plz.🥺

Yes, here's hoping Spigen or some other quality maker brings back bumper choices too!
