nope the 12 is lighter, thinner and smaller than the 11.

It’s Apple. It’s mentioned in the Apple press release but it has no ETA unlike most other accessories which are either already listed or have a list date for early November. That may mean it’s due early 2021. Also no pricing was announced.
Got a 20W power brick showing up this week. Really debating on getting one of those MagSafe wallets. Been trying to rid myself of a traditional bulky wallet and this just might be the tipping point for me. Might wait to see how others like/dislike it though.
The squared off edges should be far less slippery than the old design that was like a bar of soap

Yes but I’ve tried clear cases before and they’re fingerprint magnets.
And I’m not brave enough to go naked.
Found this funky Tech21 case. I think I’ll get this and the plum Apple silicone.
That's not the case for the clear unfortunately.
I'm in for a plum silicon case for my 12 Pro Max if they don't have a cut out, but as you can't tell from the rear and the clear has cut-outs I don't hold much hope.

Assuming the MagSafe due charger will be compatible with older models of iPhone that support wireless charging I’ll look to get this only

Can the wallet go on the phone if there is already a case on it? Tempted to try the wallet, but not sure. I have a ridge wallet but wouldn’t mind having just the phone and just the cards I really need in the back of the phone. Also, can’t decide on the case. Getting the pro in blue and want blue case but are apples silicon cases good and sturdy?
