What exactly is the appeal in the mag safe charger? It doesn't charge any faster than the lightning cord, does it? Also, if it's a magnet, doesn't it kind of defeat the ease of being able to put it on and pick it off of the charger?

Yeah, i ordered it, just to see if it's "magic" or something. not sure why i wouldn't just use the qi chargers i use (at night it doesn't matter if it's slower) and plug in like normal in the car and work and stuff. I will return if I don't feel it's useful enough.

I’m torn between the silicone and the clear case. How much drop protection does the clear case offer? My issue with the silicone is that at least according to the photos on the web store, none of them look very good with the green 12 and I bought the green 12 because I love the color and I don’t particularly want to lose out on that. I’d still like something with actual drop protection though.

haven’t seen any. Let me know if you find out! BELKIN is coming out with a mount but doesn’t charge the phone. Not sure why they did that and didn’t make one that charges it!

Will probably be slow and I will just get a 20w charger.

The mini card wallet seems kinda neat, but may move around easily and get annoying.

My guess would be EPP1 (personal discount) or EPP2 (friends and family discount). Although... the numbers don’t quite add up for me, unless the percentages have changed since my time at the fruit shop. The only other thing I can think of is if a gift card was used for £12 and £37 was the remaining cash balance.

I'm always in a bit of a panic when a new phone comes out. I prefer folio cases and there are usually only a few available at first. But I found this one. No magnets in the case (as far as I can tell) which tend to throw off the compass.

Received my 12 Pro case from Caudabe today. I took a picture of it next to the 11 Pro case. 12 Pro case on the left. Not much difference in size compared to the 11 Pro.

Yes, just slightly taller.

I also received mine on Friday, my first Sheath case, and I must say: I'm very impressed with the quality and sleekness. Can't wait to put the 12 Pro in there!

I had the official clear case from Apple for the 11 pro , not sure if I like the MagSafe ring look on the back of the new 12 pro version

I’ll probably end up buying AppleCare so should I even bother with a case if I do ?

Yeah, I'm torn between the two as well. I think I'm going to go with the clear though. I want to be able to see the beauty of the phone. Maybe later after I get done admiring my phone, I'll go silicone.
