That is my opinion, obviously OP can do whatever he wants, but I also am allowed to post my opinion here about him doing this.

I never mentioned laws, that obviously makes no sense. But yes, people will be hurt and affected by his actions. They won't be able to get the new phone they wanted on Friday because of people like OP buying them and selling them just to make a profit

We have different views of hurt. The families that lost love ones in the DC Navy shooting where hurt. The people that may not get a phone because someone in your words greedy are just inconvenienced. I also am allowed to disagree with you. We can argue this point all night but Ill let you get the last word in. I do wish you luck that you get your phone. Would really bother me to see you hurt.

While it is not my favorite color, i'm guessing the Gold will sell for the most because it is new.

I gave you the first clue. Black/gray will be the most plentiful in color. 64GB is the rarest size at launch.

Space Gray will be the worst model to buy for resale. The stores will have plenty of them. Get the silver or gold one.

Also OP, nothing at all wrong with buying a luxury item like an iPhone and selling it for profit. Make your money.
