Does it matter which day i preorder it then? Such as march 24th or the next day etc or does that not matter? So basically march 31st they will ship it out. But based on previous experiences, how many days does it take for them to ship it to your home? I assume its not possible for them to ship it the 31st and get it on 31st? Then again, where are they shipping it from exactly? Im from nyc so if anyone here is from nyc, i would appreciate if you have the information to do this as i would need to get it as quick as possible.

You need to preorder tomorrow at 3 am EST/ 3/24/16 in other words. Those phones sell out quick.
If you want it as quick as possible then you need to get on it as soon as possible.
This has already been answered 2-3x. You either aren't reading the responses or aren't capable of understanding them.
You have two choices:
- Preorder it ASAP when preordering opens up on the 24th. The sooner the better. If you do it quickly, it will SHIP before the 31st, and it will be delivered on the 31st.
- Go into a cellular carrier store or an Apple Store on the 31st and hope they they have you color/storage combination in stock.
