What iphone X case are you ordering?

I never bought a leather case thinking it might expand. The Silicone ones start breaking apart each time they fall and no doubt take the impact. But this time going for a saddle brown leather case. I was not sure how the folio leather case will affect taking photos so I decided not to do so until I get more feedback from users.
I have been tempted to buy the leather cases from Apple, but Im afraid the case is going to look worn out pretty quickly because of the leather. Have you own their leather cases before? if so, what was your experience? I like the silicone cases cuz they're easy to clean and they always look good.
I ordered the Apple leather case in dark aubergine, silicone case in ultra violet, and a Caudabe case in lucid clear.
I had the same experience with Midnight Blue changing to almost black. Leaning towards Cosmos Blue as well. My only concern is that it’s darker than it appears in pics and that it will darken considerably over time.
To be honest I haven’t had a leather one before either. On my previous iPhones apart from the 4 I had third party cases and on my iPads ive always had the silicone cases.
Worn leather still looks good doesn’t it?
After going naked with my iPhone 7, I decided to go with the Apple Folio this time. My 7 has a bunch of micro scratches on the screen from being in my pocket. I think having the flap covering the screen will prevent this from happening. Plus, it looks good

I couldn’t decide on any of the aftermarket ones and have had plenty of so-so/bad experiences with the variety of makers out there...
I just defaulted to a dark olive Apple silicone + Black Leather Apple case as they are the safest choices I know I would like to use day in and day out.
I’ll maybe spring for one of those $5-10 cheapo Prime cases just to have something to hold the phone in while i wait for the Apple cases.

They went from available for immediate shipment to 2-3 weeks, so I guess not sold out. I’ve wondered why it took so long for Apple to manufacture their own folio case. It would’ve been very handy with the Plus models. I doubt they’ll make any for the “legacy” phones now.
Ah, nice. I’m nowhere near an Apple store, so I’m at the mercy of mail order. Check back in and let us know how you like it-I’m on the fence, mainly because of the price.
Yah sure, I’m pretty sure it’s the same as the older Apple leather case. I heard it auto sleeps the phone while the flap is closed.
Nice choice in color and case. I would like one of the folio cases but @ $99 that’s a bit more than I care to spend on a case. Even the $50 price tag on the leather one is quite steep IMO, but I’ve had them for my last 3 phones so I like them quite a bit.
"We are NERD" pistol coffin is ALL you will ever need... if you compete... for IWB holster, I wouldn't have a clue as I live in MD. HAHAI go through phone cases and pistol holsters faster than my wife goes through purses and shoes. I know I have a problem.
I bought 2 Ringke clear TPU cases for $7 each off Amazon... so we have some sort of case to hold our phones in worst case. I hate cases, but iPhones tend to be hard for me to hold on to, so I like a thin case for gripyness.
I then also ordered 2 Apple cases from Apple directly.
1. iPhone X Silicone Case - Pink Sand (for the wife)
2. iPhone X Leather Saddle Brown. (Had one of these on my old 6sPlus and loved it.
Eventually I might get one of those kickstand cases for it as well.

I usually just get a leather case from Apple, last year I got one from Nodus but the quality of both are only average.... this year I’ve ordered something different from Snakehive so will see what I make of that.
